constantly plan, track and modify the construction schedule.

Timberline Job Cost Software and Accounting Systems are utilized to
monitor, project, and control job cost. From the date the job estimate is
compiled, every dollar is accounted for and we can project the Project's final
cost with extreme accuracy. All labor, material and subcontracts are cost
coded as the Project Manager approves before they are entered into the accounting system.

Prolog Manager generates contracts, purchase orders, change orders,
RFI's and submittals. This project management tool was incorporated into
our system over six years ago with great success.
